In November 2020 the Free Lawn Care for Single Women program was established by Te-Erika to alleviate stress for single women in New Orleans who could not find a reliable person to maintain their lawns. The Free Lawn Care for Single Women program services the Greater New Orleans area. Te-Erika visits each home regularly to trim the lawns using her own equipment and supplies as often as she can. There is NO income requirement to participate in this program. This program helps ALL women who want to relieve the stress associated with lawn care.

Throughout the duration of the program Te-Erika has donated lawncare equipment to women in New Orleans including lawn mowers, weed trimmers, cords and supplies. She also offers FREE lawn care equipment classes for women.

To join the Free Lawn Care for Single Women program you must:

• Live in the Greater New Orleans area
• Be a single woman without a man living in her home
• Have a lawn that is easily accessible without making an appointment
• Have a lawn that is no larger than 30 feet on the longest side
• Not have lawn equipment

The list of participants is private and will never be shared with anyone. Te-Erika operates the Free Lawn Care for Single Women program alone.
